Growing up on the Atlantic coast of Kerry, Emma was always inspired by nature and the stunning landscape around her. University and her career kept her in Dublin for many years during which time she renovated and built homes in both Dublin and Kerry. It was not until she returned home to Kerry with her own family, that Emma launched her design studio Emma Lee Design. Emma Lee brings a wealth of experience to every project she undertakes, experience that comes not only from Emma’s studies in Interior design but real life knowledge of the building and renovation path, from the planning stage to stepping over the threshold.

As a mother to her young daughters, she knows first -hand what a family home needs, from flexible layouts, clever zoning, hidden storage and everything in between. She believes that the family home whilst practical and functioning at its’ best, should also be a unique and welcoming space especially designed for you. Emma’s design approach is especially curated to suit each individual space and client, rich in materiality and warmth with layers of thoughtful detail. Emma Lee’s ethos is to maximise and enhance living environments with contemporary advancements in design whilst at the same time creating classic, timeless spaces that often evoke a certain nostalgia and sense of history.
